Planned Maintenance Notice – Annual Building Power Shutdown Maintenance 2018

Dear Valued Customer

In view of our continual effort to provide your company with reliable power and cooling in our Data Centre, we would like to inform you of our Annual Building Power Shutdown Maintenance work that will be carried out on the following power source:

Power Source A Maintenance
Date of Maintenance:

  • Start Date & Time : 15th Sep 2018 (Sat) 8:00 SGT Local Time
  • End Date & Time: 16th Sep 2018 (Sun) 14:00 SGT Local Time Activity Outage Window : 30 hours
  • Reason: Power Source A - Low-Voltage Switchgear upgrade, Servicing of High Tension Switchgear, Low Tension Switchgear, Injection Test of Power Distribution Unit follow by Level 4 DC UPS upgrade.
  • Impact: The Low Tension Switchgear and Power Distribution Unit for power source A in the DC hall will be shut down for servicing. Power source B will be available during this period.

Power Source B Maintenance
Date of Maintenance

  • Start Date & Time: 6th Oct 2018 (Sat) 8:00 SGT Local Time
  • End Date & Time: 7th Oct 2018 (Sun) 14:00 SGT Local Time Activity Outage Window : 30 hours
  • Reason: Power Source B - Low-Voltage Switchgear upgrade, Servicing of High Tension Switchgear, Low Tension Switchgear, Injection Test of Power Distribution Unit follow by Level 4 DC UPS upgrade.
  • Impact: The Low Tension Switchgear and Power Distribution Unit for power source B in the DC hall will be shut down for servicing. Power source A will be available during this period.

** SGT means Singapore Time (+8 UTC/GMT)

Information for Customers

  1. Please schedule a backup for your applications and data prior to the start of the outage as a pre-caution.
  2. Please ensure your equipment/devices are connected to the dual power source provided.
  3. Please inform your respective customers to be prepared for this plan scheduled maintenance work.
  4. There will be no interruption for cooling in the Data Centre.
  5. Email notification will be sent upon completion of maintenance work.
  6. You may need to check your equipment after the maintenance.
