Change helpdesk ticket to new system

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to thanks for your trust and choosing our services.

For better management and tracking purpose, we have shift our ticket system to new platform. All user from https://my.centerhop.com will be auto synchronized to our new system automatically. With this new change, we hope our clients will be more happy with our customer services.

There are 3 ways to submit a ticket to us:
  1. From our billing system: https://my.centerhop.com
  2. From our new helpdesk system: https://support.centerhop.com
  3. And via email:
    • Sales Inquiry: sales@centerhop.com
    • Customer Care: support@centerhop.com
    • Billing: billing@centerhop.com
Please note: https://my.centerhop.com is now using for management services and billing only.
